9:30 a.m. Registration/Welcome and optional practice warm up (pay as you practice shoot)
9:50 a.m.  Groups listen to safety instructions and get into respective golf carts for shoot
10:00 a.m. Shoot begins
12:30 p.m. Groups arrive back to Highlands clubhouse for a lunch reception
1:15 p.m.  Awards and Sponsor recognition
